Private yoga sessions allow you the time and space to flow at your own pace. These sessions aim to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you and where you currently are on your wellness journey. With one-on one attention, ease into your yoga practice in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your overall goals and needs. 1 hour session.

Private Group Yoga Sessions


Group yoga sessions are a great way to share and explore techniques, meditation, and movement while building upon the collective energy in the room. For a group up to 10 participants, allow us to flow with you for any celebration or get together such as birthdays, bridal showers or even brunch. 1 hour session.

  • Yin/ Vinyasa

    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

    Vinyasa is a style of yoga that is faster in pace and characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath with movement.

  • Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.

  • Prenatal and Postnatal

    Gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters and beyond. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe and aligned while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental grounding.
